The benefits of cardio.

Pros of cardio:

Improves brain help: Cardio overall improves brain cells. It also helps create new ones.

Improves sleep: Cardio can improve the quality of sleep. It can reduce the risk of sleep apnea and other sleep disorders.

Reduces the risk to heart disease: While doing cardio, the cardiovascular system becomes stronger. Blood pressure eventually may decrease, and a good cholesterol may increase. This increase means less work on your heart, which reduces the risk of heart attacks, diabetes, coronary artery diseases and many more.

*It is important to not overwork your body while doing cardio. Doing too much cardio can result in fat retention, muscle loss, and injuries.
