While exercising the body releases endorphins. These are chemicals in your brain that are released while working out that act as a natural pain killer. It improves your focus, sleeping, and energy.
Stress is affective toward your brain which also spreads to the rest of your body. It can cause serious fatigue and aches in your body. It makes sense that if you workout and train your body that is also working out your mind. Even 5 to 10 minutes a day of quick home workout can help reduce stress and build self-esteem.
